Hi .

I hope you had a good weekend! I also hope that your Sophie grew

this weekend!!!:) It does seem like they are always growing. I

used to have so many clothes for Jake, now we have none. He has

been growing so fast. He is a huge boy. At 9 months he was 23 lbs

and 30 inches! Anyhow, I'm praying that Sophie does a lot of

growing in the next couple months!!!

Overall, Jake's helmet is a good fit. But, yes, around the ears

never seems the same on both sides. Right now his is rubbing on the

left ear a little and also on the right cheek. I don't know if I

should wait it out until his next appt.(there are no really red

marks) or go in for an adjustment early? Jake's helmet does not

move around much at all, but it always shifts to the left.....ahhh!

However, today when i was giving him his bath I was thinking how

great his head is looking! It seems like it has really corrected a

lot!!! The 4+ weeks have really gone by fast. The first week or so

seemed the longest and now time is just flying by! We were told

originally 3-4 months in the band. I really want it off before his

1st b-day (July 24).....but we'll see how he does. If he continues

to do as well as he has been hopefully we will be done in another 6-

8 weeks!!!

I'm so sorry for all of your frustrations with your ped, etc....

Have you decided if you will switch doctors? It is really important

to have a doctor that you like and trust and that listens to your

concerns!

I would love to see pictures of Sophie. It really wasn't hard to

post them. I think the butterfly print is really adorable...I bet

she's a cutie in her band!!!

Take care. I hope you are feeling better about everything!
