I haven't posted or even visited for so long! I continue to maintain a

relationship with my nada and I continue in therapy. I love my therapist- she is

really helping me heal. The healing is also helping me take care of that abused

child inside of me.

I recently had a very powerful confrontation with nada- which stirred up

such feelings for me. The confrontation concerned my father and his sexuality. I

didn't want to hear or know about it when I was nine years old or as an adult. I

felt like this time I was not only speaking for me, but the child inside of me

who wanted to run from the information nada once shared with her. Being able to

protect the child inside of me was quite powerful and wonderful- as are the

boundaries I can now stand firmly behind.

Anyway- thanks for letting me ramble. I pray and hope 2011 is filled with

new possibilities- many healing moments and lots of peace for everyone.

Many blessings,

Malinda

Rock on Malinda! I'm glad you were able to have such a powerful experience.

Good for you for sticking to your boundaries & not letting them be

violated.

You go girl.
