Does anyone know about Markham Park's President Fest this weekend?

I'm specifically wondering if we are allowed to accompany our child on a ride

using only the tickets for one person (our child) or if we must pay for 2

people. and if yes, how this works

Also, someone had posted something about this on DL about a week ago but there

was no information other that the title and to see something " below " which

didn't appear on my screen. So I'm wondering if there's something specific for

the special needs community
