Is there anyway to calm down mercury after it's been stirred up in the body?

This week I had the sharpest increase in mercury symptoms since I got

my fillings removed (over 6 months). I didn't do anything, I don't

get it? It was actually so strong that my driving was impaired.

Anyways is there anyway to speed up the process of calming stirred up

mercury? It usually takes 5-7 days for me to feel better when this

happens. Some times more.

What symptoms? Are you taking any supplements? Have you been chelating?

In his Amalgam Illness book Andy says to expect worsening of symptoms

about 3 months after amalgam removal from the body 'dumping' mercury

from the organs. It was my experience that about 3 months after

amalgam removal symptoms worsened and that didn't let up until I

started chelating.

It was actually so strong that my driving was impaired.

Supplementation and chelation (with low chelator doses). Some people

need medications to alleviate certain symptoms. Some people find that

a sulfur food exclusion diet helps to alleviate symptoms (it did for

me after amalgam removal).

It took about that long for my symptoms to clear at the end of rounds

when I was trying a dose of chelator that was too high. When I found

the right chelator dose I would only get manageable fatigue at the end

of rounds.

My symptoms were severe mental health problems. I'm currently taking

a two week break from chelation that's why I don't understand why I

had such a huge surge in symptoms.

I understand now. I've gone all the way down to 12.5 mg of DMSA. I

could possibly messure the dose much smaller than that. I'm going to

try ala this weekend and see if I have a better reaction to it.
