Adrenals, also me.

Me high BP, protein so so, digestive not really as bad as the effects

on not handling stress-adrenals

Yeap, handled alot of stress, was a pilot and a pilot instructor.

Was put in ALOT of life threatening situations until I just did'nt

have the energy to do it. Hyperalert meaning? Anxious, jumpy at

every sound or motion, gotta do something to get stimulated or take

your mind away from your racing thoughts?----Adrenals.

Aye ve. (LOL) Your body has to do SOMETHING when you don't have

enough cortisol its either adrenaline (which is really inefficient)

or you DIE. So, low cortisol makes spikes of adrenaline and it

picks up the slack but mostly over does it. High BP, blood pressure,

blood sugar waves etc. I had the SAME exact ratio +- 1.00. I also

have LOW cortisol by a saliva test and diagnosed by a MD who also had

Hypo Adrenia once in his life. I take cortef (hydrocortisone,

hydrocortone, cortisol etc) and it helps GREATLY in only a few days.

I was .01 away from having s disease and I took that test on a

good day. I have slight pigmentation of my knuckles and other areas -

---> Adrenals.

I could be way off here. Andy seems to have the hair analysis down.

I've seen alot of misinformation from other Doctors and their

books. You could be right though. I have classic adrenal

insufficency also shows up really well on the hair test which also

shows lots of adrenaline. I also have HIGH DHEA which most people

don't have alot of low cortisol low DHEA etc. I recently discovered

that a enzyme function of your adrenal glands is interupts cortisol

production but NOT DHEA. My DHEA was off the chart ridiculously.

Has he done a DDI test? This is the test recommended by many

practioners. I think its important that they done change there

ranges every 2 weeks and that they do precentiles. Also for some

reason they tend to be able to pick up a true copper toxicity whereas

previous test would'nt. (andy does'nt know why this is) Some

people have adrenal problems AND a copper metabolism problem. (ME)

and they will meet counting rules AND have Copper in the RED (ME). I

Low adrenals can lead to higher copper thus the hyperactivity,

psychic (not psycho) thoughts, panic, anxiety, etc.

Thanks
