can't get through to my T

I tried calling several times yesterday & just tried again, and it says the

number has been temporarily disconnected.

She called me yesterday (i think?) to tell me she got my message & she had

openings either wed or thur, but I can't get back to her.

I also really feel I need to get through to her, i had another panic attack

tonight and just can not sleep. i alwasy have issues with falling & staying

asleep, unless i sleep during the daytime which is so weird to me. i wonder

if it's something to do with night/darkness?

i feel like a total screwy nut. i can't really focus or concentrate, i'm

tired but not nearly as tired as i should be and again I have no

recollection of like over an hour tonight!

and i feel completely stupid for talking about it here, but i don't know

where else to talk about it. perhaps i should shut up until i talk to her,

that's what t's ar for.

i'm also far to weird & lazy right now to type properly.
