Guest guest
High anxiety and fears can come from a number of sources.... you can address the high anxiety with a supplement but you also need to find the source for the high anxiety; then it doesn't become just a band aid solution. Fear and anxiety come from adrenal and kidney functioning, so addressing issues that effect those two organs can help decrease the fear and anxiety levels. www.pHtestlab.com great question dawn let me know if anyone suggests anything thx Aileen From: bzmummie <bzmummie>To: sList Sent: Mon, February 22, 2010 3:12:24 PMSubject: Anxiety and OCD If you child has Anxiety or OCD what are you using the the way of Percrition or supplents to help ease these.ThanksDawn

Guest guest
I am currently trying amino acid L-theanine. Also have heard of GABA for anxiety/OCD but didn’t see any difference in my son when I tried it. Same thing with 5HTP and Inositol, all recommended for those issues. At night I use melatonin for him. Guest guest
Hi Dawn, Or Dan doctor suggested "Deplin" which a supplement of Methyl Folate. The reason it is prescription is because it is 15 mg which is a high amount. It is safe and effective. Definitely helps.AlwaysAna Brushingham Subject: Anxiety and OCDTo: sList Date: Monday, February 22, 2010, 6:12 PM If you child has Anxiety or OCD what are you using the the way of Percrition or supplents to help ease these.ThanksDawn
