Broward: Looking for care provider/personal assistant

Care-provider / Personal Assistant needed to care for special needs child and to

provide household support. Requirements include the ability to be flexible and

available on short notice, care for the needs of our child, have a good driving

record, and follow through on a variety of miscellaneous tasks upon request. The

right person will be warm, playful, caring, well-organized, reliable, and will

enjoy learning about child development and intervention techniques.

Requirements:

Previous experience is not required for the right individual as training will be

provided, however, the ideal candidate would have: previous experience with

children and/or special needs children, a background in education, diet and/or

health-related fields, psychology or social welfare; a minimum of a high school

education; a mature, empathetic, patient and nurturing disposition; and reliable

transportation. The position requires someone who is a self-starter, detail

oriented, and a quick learner. Due to allergy-related issues, we require a

non-smoker.

obtained) before interviews are scheduled, and must be willing to submit to a

criminal background check before start date. In addition, must be U.S. citizen

plus.

Base Pay: $12.00/HR
