Guest guest
hello. while i am not new to the group i am not an active poster. i have a need for healing now urgently. my mother was taken to er sunday for problems breathing. this is not unusual for her. she has md and has ot sleep with a c-pap to help her breat and also has oygen at home for when she needs it which is about an every to every other day occurance. she is now in icu and on lifesupport. this is her worst nightmare come true all over again. she went through the same thing a little over a year ago. you see once on a ventilator it is damn near inpossible to get off for her because of the md as well as other complations she has due to years of smoking. she watched her father die of this very same thing. he did not want to spend the rest of his life on a machine and niether does she. Her doctor did not think she would make it through the night, she has. I am hoping she contiunes to throw them off with her strenght. please pray for her health and will. she is an extreamly strong women, stronger than she even give herself creit for but she gets very discouraged and tried of fighting. if it is her time, i understand and wish her to go peacefully. but i also want her to fight untill it is the right time, not just give up because she feels she has no hope. also please pray for my family during all of this. my granny lives far away as does my uncle and sister. they are taking it very hard and feel completely helpless to do anything. i have told them that even if they were here right now they wouldn't be able to do anything more than what they can do over there. my little brother lives with me already and he is dealing with it as well as any 17 year old can. he has been joking around with me and my little sister (24) to try and make us feel better. my little sister does not seem to quite understand how critical of a condition mom is in. i am just trying to stay strong for everyone else as i am the one controling the sitiuation for lack of better words. i have power of attony and am the one who is commicating with the doctors and nurses and keeping the rest posted as to what all is going on,etc. please just remember my family in your prayer and sent healing and strength to us. thank you. namaste, carla
