re: bismuth, over the counter?

Is bismuth something that is sold over the counter or do you have to

get a prescription from your physician? Dr. Weil has it down as one

of

the many things that can get rid of h. pylori bacteria (the rest were

all antibiotics). Is it one of the ingredients in Pepto Bismol?
