Guest guest Posted December 20, 2007 Report Share Posted December 20, 2007 Happiness is a personal perspective, yet also comes many universal truths, such as- Diamonds and gold are nothing more than rocks and minerals. Value(?). such delusion. The shining brightness comes from the one who gives these gifts, not the little pieces dug up from the earth and labeled as expensive. Take a moment and a deep breath and see what we have in life, it is always more than we think. If all of our wishes came true, we would actually get bored with it after awhile, and all gratitude would become lost. Even our loved ones who have gone beyond, they ARE with us, simply minus the body. I could sit depressed about all the things that went wrong, poor choices I made, etc. -or- I could instead sit down, watch Shindler's List and wow! I am very very fortunate (smiles).
