Saturday, April 17, 2010 - Check-in, Resource Fair and Activities start at 8:30 AM and finish at 12:30 PM. Location - Sherman Library Green at Nova Southeastern University 3100 Ray Ferraro Jr Blvd, Davie, FL, 33314 - (walk route is about half a mile. Please note that the walk will start promptly at 10 AM. No one will be able to start to walk after 10:30 AM)

Walk Now for Autism Speaks is a family-friendly FUNdraising event so bring the whole family along. There are activities for the children, resources for families, light refreshments and entertainment. Register Now

Free parking available on the upper levels of the garage. $1.00 per hour on first level The Walk takes place rain or shine. Many children are afraid of dogs so please leave your pets at home. Don't forget your sunscreen. Sneakers are the best footwear for the day.

I know that the walk starts at around 8:00 and there will be booths set up with vendors and child friendly activities (i.e., legos, face painting, music, etc.)
