Prohibits certain rules adopted by the APD from restricting the number of facilities designated as community residential homes located within a planned residential community. Defines the term "planned residential community,"This bill was passed by the Florida Senate, then passed by the House with a few ammendments which are acceptable. We need Senate President Jeff Atwater to have the bill brought back to the Senate floor for

passage with the House ammendments. This bill eliminates many existing rules that limit our abilities to create planned residential communities for our kids.
