It says about minocycline as one of the side effects is brown or bluish-black pigmentation of the skin, bones, mucous membranes, teeth, nailbeds, and structures of inner organs. My derm warned me about side effects when she prescribed it for me 3 months ago and to stop taking it immediately if I noticed anything like that and call her. I have not had any side effects like that but have been watching closely. This is what I understood, too, that although teeth discoloration following tetracyclines usually occurs in developing teeth, it is not impossible for adults to experience this. Also, I know of one other rosacea sufferer (besides Edith) who developed teeth discoloration after taking tetracyclines. Hazel
