Laying him on his back on your knees and let his head and neck hang upside down, then have someone play making him turn one way and then the other, it makes it easier for them to use the muscles and they think being upside down is fun. Also a great tool is one of the big exercise balls and most of the babies just love them. We used all sorts of " play " therapy for Dominick to make the therapy easier on him.
