Guest guest
P.S. to post just sent. SSDI, the one that comeswith Medicare usually hits the bank on the 3d each month,UNLESS there is a week-end or holiday, in whichcase it is sent out on the last business day before.I felt positively thrilled to get it effective today! Mine always comes in the last day of the month, i.e. July's will be in on June 30th. Sometimes it has hit as early as the 28th or 29th of the month. And now for the rest of the story...I am going to go see Robbin today!!!!!!! And I am taking him his Christmas goodies. Only "problem" is I fell on New Year's eve and am sporting a shiner...not bad but definitely visible...I don't really want Rob knowing I fell, he'll use it against me. But I will minimize it with Robbin, and will probably not even get close enough to Rob for him to see it. ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ -- One Good thing About this first day of the New Year! Important This month, those who are on Social Security DisabilityInsurance (SSDI) will already have had your (our) checksfrom the U.S. Treasury deposited in our accounts and/oren route to our mail boxes, as due to the holidays, the checks have been dated January 1st instead of January 3d.I just phoned my bank, as I have automatic deposit; bothmy SSDI and my SSI (Supplemental Income) are there.Had I known this, I could have brought food to my cousin'sNew Year's potluck luncheon today, and something for dinner as it is Friday and I was invited to stay for Shabbat. So, as it is, I can at least surprise them tomorrow!Love to each of you, and I hope that for many this newsmay perk you up a bit on this 2nd day of the New Year,n
