Guest guest
It is Early Intervention and every state seems to call it something else. Possibly someone in Kentucky may know what it's called there. But in NY is seems there is a possibility they may pay for the helmet/band. I'll let everyone know if I'm sucessful! Generally Early Intervention is a free service for any baby/toddler with developmental issues. And usually with plagio. torticollis is involved and needs pretty aggressive PT or OT or both until the baby is walking. I think some have it resovled before then though. So they, EI assists with anything necessary to make sure the child is developing " normally " . It includes transportation, equipment and therapy and I'm other things that I'm not aware of yet.
