I use the same recipe(from Melinda Coss' The Handmade Soap Book) and it comes

out great. Its actually one of my nicest soaps to date!! I just follow the

directions in the book and havent had any problems. Any questions~you can

Hey ,

I'll tell you what I did...there are many different ways, but this

worked best for me. First of all, I use powdered goats milk. I mix up

a fairly thick consistency and I pour it just after I mixed my lye/water

and fats together, NOT at trace. I heated it to around the same temps

as the fats & lye temps. My temps were around 85-90 degrees. And don't

insulate.
