Guest guest
Ener-g foods lasagna noodles aren't bad, but since I found debolles I haven't bothered with the hassle of boiling them. The only other kind i would recommend would be homemade, using one of bette hagman's recipes (like the bean noodles) or adapting a normal recipe with white rice and tapioca. I was surprised once by a friend who borrowed white rice and tapioca, or GF mix and then made me a homemade lasagna from scratch. She was totally my hero forever for that. (and it was suuuuper yummy, mmmm). Also, we need more ravings about Trader Joe's brown rice pasta- that stuff rocks and picky DH likes it a lot. (he hates ener-g white rice pasta, which i used to use.) Great texture and very nice flavor. Like all GF pasta you need to rinse it after boiling. I'm indifferent to Tinkaya (or whatever their name is)... I tried them and still prefer Trader Joe's. > > > > I've made lasagna with the Tinkyada lasagna noodles. Guest guest
I made this and served it to guests who were shocked that the pasta was "rice" noodles. It was wonderful.
