Guest guest
Does anyone have info on Hepatic Encephalopathy? Is this common among PSC persons? I understand this is common in end stage liver disease. Can a person exhibit symptoms early on? thanks Clint uc-78 psc-2006

Clint, Here are 2 real good web sites – http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000302.htm#Alternative%20Names http://www.merck.com/mmhe/sec10/ch135/ch135g.html If you need anything else, I’m sure someone here can answer your questions. My son’s ammonia level is still elevated, (it’s been elevated for several months), but he seems “fairly” normal to us now, with just a few remaining problems.
