I tend to get very small pustules on my legs, arms or trunk area when

I have sweating and the area is covered by fabric. It's really bad if

the fabric is manmade. I don't know if this is some sort of contact

dermatitis or a manifestation of rosacea. It's not itchy at all, but

it has a tendency to last for a week or so. I don't know if this is

the same thing as is happening to you.
