Men how do you manage?

I see a lot of post from the women, but where are the men?

How do you manage since you have the responsibility of a family or

making a living for yourself?

I am doing really great now if I watch what I do energy wise, but

there was a time I literally crawled up stairs to get to my office at

work. I just can't imagine what it would be like for man that had to

work regardless, or a woman when there was no one else to support them.
