Or just to get some equity and then move on? Are there houses like both that have been finished that you can see. I am a bad one to even say anything because 3 years ago when I was looking. I wanted a townhouse, two story, open floor plan, 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, fenced in yard and a garage. OK what I fell in love with. A one story house, no open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, fenced in yard and a carport. Along with more money than I wanted to spend. It is funny that the same day right after we saw the house we went to a townhouse that was everything I wanted..... I mean everything. Even as far as being new, and in the price range I wanted. Well, moral of this story is I have a 3 bedroom house. So get what you will be happy with..... You are the one making the payments and have to be happy with it. It has to make you feel good. Guest guest Posted August 6, 2002 Report Share Posted August 6, 2002 elanor, this i s the deal, two weeks ago my dad was glancing in the paper and saw these town houses. they are down the road from where i live, they have some that i looked at and did not like and others i did personally it would be somethng that i would stay in for awhile. i iiked the lay out of the othe rone, but i am not paying for this ,myd ad is, so i have to go with what is economically feasible.i could like the three bedrooms, but two bedrooms is wha ti have now, and it is great. so we wil see. going tonight to look at them, the one that i like wont beready until novembe or December if the other one is ready now, i will go with that one. who knows will keep you guys posted, thanks for asking lisa, the dieting is going terribly but i am trying harder today e >>> stupidcode@... 08/06/02 01:25PM >>> I guess part of it is you honestly asking what you want? Guest guest Posted August 6, 2002 Report Share Posted August 6, 2002 Sorry, I had to run out on you. did you enjoy the day on the list by yourself? I had to go to town today to pick up my mom's vacuum cleaner from Sears. then I had to set it up for her and make sure it worked, etc. By the time I got that done, I didn't feel like grocery shopping so I got a 5 gallon jug of water and a bag of cherries and came home. I hate being in town!!!!!!! Have to go Thursday to the Chiropractor so I'll do my shopping then. Anyway, I'm home now but probably won't be online much. Gotta watch the mole tonight.
