An Open Letter to Artaza, President, Weston Area Little League (WALL)

Dear ,

I am a little curious why you are not returning messages regarding your Special

Needs baseball program. It is WALL's position that they should solely run a

special needs baseball program, but to my knowledge, no effective action has

been taken to make this a reality. I have made recommendations on who to speak

to, have given you sources of funding, but yet it would appear that there is no

programming by WALL for those children with developmental disabilities. I am

especially curious why your " very exciting " Opening Day this Saturday has made

no effort to include children with developmental disabilities; is it your

position that these children would not benefit from being with their

neurotypical peers?
