I was quite surprised to see that it was on the shelf at one of the supermarkets where I shop. What?

So it looks like it's gone mainstream. I'm also guessing that a lot of women are using it without appreciating that it is a potent natural endocrinological treatment. I'm also guessing that, like any other OTC 'medication' that you can throw in your grocery cart---antacids, NSAIDS, antihistamines, etc, etc, etc---it seems pretty benign and doesn't come with any serious dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

Oh, well...

Dear List serve,

Last week I stated in a post that "natural progesterone cremes" were by "prescription only" now. After re-checking with the source that told me that, he re-checked and found that to be incorrect. Usually, I am fairly thorough about checking on several sources when someone tells me information of that nature before posting to a public forum. I will definitely do this in the future. I am sorry for any miss information and my thanks to all who sent me new sources for these cremes.

With that said however, I still do believe we should be assertive as a profession at not only protecting our nutrition scope but also expanding it.

Best to all,

Bill
