You are welcome ! I am still learning how

to deal with stress it myself. Being a single

mom of 2 when all my illness started, I worried

about every single thing and then some. I worried

for other people and things not related to me or

anything about me.

It wasnt til a couple years ago, I figured out it wasnt

my job to do all that worrying, and it was taking a toll

on my already ill body. So, I got creative and started

playing with my head, and thoughts. Sometimes it works

and sometimes I still have to work at it.

I am doing ok. All considered, with all that is

going on, I am alive and kicking ! Thank you for asking !
