Boy, when I had a rupture back in the early 90's my implants had gone in via the arm pit, and he removed them via the armpit, and left silicone all in me, and I ended up sicker than hell. I had gangrene in there. Are you on medicare disability? what for ? Anyway, I would go to an infectious disease doctor. Work from there. You should NOT have green pus coming from your body. Does it have an odor ? Perhaps a Plastic surgeon is not the way you need to go. I worry about you having that swelling and pain and the fact you have the green pus. You need to see someone quickly. They need to do a culture on that pus before anyone trys to give you a antibiotic. Insist on one, cuz if it is medicine resistant, the only way to find out what it is suseptible to is for a culture and sensitivity test to be done.
