My eating has been out of control this week and the scale showed it when I weighed in this morning. I had a gain of 1.5 pounds. I didn't exercise much this week. I think I was on the down side of the biploar mood swings. Need to manage it better.

out there in 'almost' west texas - west of dallas or thereabouts :) bet that helped ya....hey I know - do ya know where Lubbock is? it's just a little north of that :)
