I haven't checked in for awhile and thought I would say hello. I

miss you all.

I am doing pretty good (knock on wood). I got through my flare with

rest rest rest. I really think it was caused by stress. Work has

been horrible. I also postponed my test until this quarter. I had

too much going on with the holidays, work and studying.

Lynda, how is the RSD? Did you end up getting tubes so you could

continue hyperbaric txs?

Dede, how are you? How is your sweet father?

Patty? Are you back to a better diet and less stress? If yes, are

the pains subsiding? PH shared with me a post about Lupus and liver

detox. I am going to try my very first one this coming weekend.

Rogene... I hope all is good with you.

Lea, how are you and dear ? I hope well. I hope the holidays

were good and your daughter is treating you better.

Sandy, how are you? Are the knees getting any better?

- unsure if you are still posting but if you are I wish you te

best. You too Cherie.

Traci, how is the healing? Please please please tell me it is

healing!!

I keep up with PH, Krista and Beth on My Space. I have updated my

page but only added a few more photos, nothing too much.

I am sure I missed a few of you but you are all in my prayers. So

far 2008 looks far better to me than my dismal, horrid 2007 (again,

knock on wood).

Love you and miss you all! Big hugs with my soft wonderful small

real breasts!!

Love, Lynn ()

Hi Lynda,

Sorry, I haven't been keeping up with the posts. I hop in every now

and again but I don't go back, too many to read and too little time.

Augh, I hate that you have to drive in this weather. Does the cold

weather make the pain worse or isn't that a factor? I am ready for

spring! We have a ways to go though.

I am in debt too, but mine are student loans. They just kicked in -

6 months after graduation! They are wanting $460 a month (HA HA)

that is funny. I need to call Monday and extend the period from 10

years to 25. How depressing, I'll have those loans for a long time

but I am sure you can relate.

I hope and pray the HBOT is helping and worth every penny. I will

light a candle for us all. I hope your appt goes well at the ENT on

Wednesday.

Love, Lynn

Hi Lynn,

I put up a post on my RSD not long ago.

I see the ENT on Wed. A.M.

I am still driving to Boulder daily on weekdays.

I think things are going better, they still get worse on the weekend

when I am not doing it.

I am going broke fast paying for this.

Other than that, all is well.

Let's all hope and pray for a better 2008. Light a few candles.

Love,

Lynda

Hi Lynn,

It's wonderful to hear from you! I'm so glad you were able to rest

up and start feeling better again. You know, those flares are going

to happen once in awhile and one day you will realize that you

haven't had one in ages!!!! It will be a wonderful realization.

I am doing great! All my concerns after I started working have been

resolved. I am eating better, feeling better, just all around better!

Thank you for asking.

So you are going to take the leap and do a liver flush! Awesome! I

think it is a very effective tool for healing. It can be difficult,

(my poor husband vomited in the middle of the night), but I think

that is because they are really effective. Some people can avoid

gallbladder surgery if they do liver flushes instead, so we know it

is effective.

I've seen some really big stones come out, both with myself and with

my husband. I think a series of them are needed, because as you do

one flush, you may make room for more stones to queue up for the next

one. A series will get many stones out, in deeper and deeper

layers. Some people have done them as often as biweekly (every two

weeks) while others have done them montly. I have done them

seasonally, but oh, sometimes it is a mental hurdle to dig in and do

it.

Let me know how it goes! I've seen testimonies of lupus cures on

curezone from liver flushes. I don't want to believe that you have

full blown lupus, and I really truly believe that lupus can be cured

with the right detoxing. Maybe cured is the wrong word..but

remission is certainly a very, very good possibility, as LYnda has

testifed among others.

HUgs!!!!

Lynda,

I wish I knew of somebody who lived in Boulder or even closer like

Longmont. Motels are so expensive. Is there a nurse, receptionist

or anybody at the office that you are getting close to that could

offer you a spare bedroom?

Well I am sure has seen cases and results. I don't blame you,

pain is no fun. My hips been flaring again, I think it is the

weather. Try to keep warm!!

In the meantime, I am happy you have a nice reliable vehicle to get

you to Boulder.

Well hello Lynn ~

So good to hear from you ! ! I am so happy

to hear you got thru your flare. Learning to

balance life with flares is a balancing act, and

can be quite the challenge, but can be done.

You learn when you HAVE to rest, and also

when you can push yourself without backtracking

too much, or causing a flare.

How is your mom in law doing? You are in my prayers

Love you ~ DedeStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

Patty,

I am like your hubby, very sensitive tummy! I am thinking once a

month unless I feel SUPER SUPER and then every other weekend? I

don't dare try it during the work week, PH warned me that I could get

the big " D " and I hate to poop at work :)

I will let you know how it goes. Oh, and I haven't been given the

full-blown Lupus dx yet. Just one the fence. I am not negative, not

positive - just eqivicol (whatever that means). So, I hope that now

the implants are gone that my body can finally stop fighting with

itself.

I am so happy you are getting things under control as well. I have

found working full-time and sticking to a healthy life-style to be my

biggest struggle. I do what I can though, and I am much better than

I was pre-explant.

Hugs, Lynn

don't dare try it during the work week, PH warned me that I could get

the big " D " and I hate to poop at work :)

Hugs, Lynn

Hi ,You are so sweet. What a wonderful message. I'm glad you are taking it easy and not stressing yourself out. It's simply not worth it. I stressed myself out about 2 weeks ago and ended up paying homage to the porcelain gods and gave myself a wicked migraine.I'm just taking things one day at a time. My breast wound is in surprisingly good shape. I saw my surgeon the other day and he said it was in good shape all things considered. He took a swab to check for staph infection and anything else that may show up. If something does show up, he'll send me for an infectious disease consult and get very aggressive with whatever may be going on.The good news is that he's authorizing me to go back to work for half days. I'm really starting to go bonkers. I've been off of work since October 2, 2007.I'm just sitting here getting caught up on e-mails. I'll keep you posted.Love

Thanks so much Rogene. I just keep on trucking. In conjunction with my coach, my surgeon says I can start grooming the horses and walking them on a lead within the next month or so. I won't be able to ride until the cavity is completely healed.Horses are flight animals and all them will spook. I will need to build up the strength first to able to stop one if they spook and with an open cavity I can't do that.I still think it's so cool that when I go into a stall with Roxy (she's a 6 year old, blond, 2,300 pound Belgian) she always is very careful and not once has she ever bumped against my breast. She's so careful and so sweet.I keep on reading about horses and I still visit them when I can. That keeps me going.Love Tracisaxony01 <saxony01@...> wrote: Wonderful Traci! . . . Fantastic! Traci!

Knowing that you'll soon be getting back to your horses is lifting your spirits . . .

It's amazing how they can sense what's going on with someone.

Rogene

Hi Miss Dede ~

It has been tough. I am banking on Patty's words and can't wait for

the day that it is so long between flares that I can't remember the

last one.

MIL is okay. She is going through radiation now, one everyday until

the middle of January, she has been doing them since the beginning of

December. She is ready to be through with all of this. She misses

her hair so much, praying it comes back.

How is your dad?

Love, Lynn :)
