Guest guest
I love this stuff, too, though I hate the name! It does work great on everything, and I discovered it while trying to get out those bf poop stains. It worked great. I buy it at Toys R Us, baby stores, even sometimes drug stores. Guest guest
It is a very environmentally friendly cleaner. The first time I saw it was at military commissaries in Germany (with the US Army), but now I see it at Walmart, etc. Amy Lynn Re: bf poop stains What is Simple Green? Or, at least that only Mothers would need this product. They could call it " Parents Little miracle " , or any number of other names that does not have a gender assumption embedded in it. and Personally, I don't find anything about stain removal " miraculous " and use this term for events that are truly awe-inspiring, not tedious and mundane like laundry. Calling it a miracle makes me think of commercials from 1955 where women were depicted having out-of-body experiences over how clean a certain detergent got their husbands socks, or dishes, or whatever. Most women I know simply don't respond this way to laundry. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. Remember, you asked! Margaret Who does still use Mothers Little Miracle on poopy stained clothes, despite hating the name.

Guest guest
I got it at Costco. It is an environmentally friendly all-purpose cleaner. It comes concentrated and it is diluted for use. We use it for all of our bathroom cleaning, floor mopping, kitchen etc. Wendi http://www.lactivist.com breastfeeding resources and info Re: bf poop stains In a message dated 8/20/00 1:21:54 PM Eastern Daylight Time, mcrocker@... writes: << What is Simple Green? Guest guest
For stains I've only been diluting it by 1/2, my friend uses it diluted 5 to 1 to get pencil marks out of her quilts, that's how I started using it. I may try to dilute further for stains just to be more economical. I've been using it on all my laundry stains the last week or so and so far everything has come out, even blood dried on a pair of pants. Guest guest
I can help - I think... I use some stuff called " De-Solv-It " you can buy it a walmart or even my Costco is currently carrying it (in a 2 pack). It works like a charm almost all the time - even after the item of clothing has been washed and dried and THEN I find the stain. I just spray the stain and throw it back into the pile for the next washing - almost never fails to come out. Now there has been a couple of time I haven't been able to get sweet potatoes out - so I use " Oxi-Clean " also purchased at Walmart. This you add some to hot water - stir to dissolve (its a powder) then put the clothes in and let sit (I usually let sit over night or even a couple of days until my next washing) and when you pull out of the water/oxiclean mixture you should visibly see the stain is gone - then wash. The De-Solv-it is made with Oil from Oranges and it is very safe to use on the clothes....can't remember the details on the Oxi-clean off the top of my head... But I thought I would share...good luck!! ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
Guest guest
Michele The De-Solv-It works really well on oily stains...whenever I drip butter or splash grease on clothes the stuff takes it right out - I even got tar up off of the carpet with it (that one took a lot more hand scrubbing -but I got it up)... I never had a problem with Keely butRowan's are BAD! He has explosive poops all the time and they leave aterrible yellow stain. Even soaking the clothes in Amaze right away doesn'ttouch it. He has ruined a few really nice outfits with his poops, not thatit's his fault or anything lol. Does anyone have any suggestions? I amopen to the idea of using a bleach for unbleachables then washing it w fewtimes but I don't want to try it if it won't work KWIM?MicheleGive the Gift of Life Breastfeed!http://www.lactivist.com
