Guest guest
I called Dr Melmed in Texas to see if I could get some advice. I had a ruptured saline implant a few yeara ago, I was explanted with the capsules left behind. I still have accasional green slime coming from the side that the implant ruptured . I still get fevers, have fatigue, and a LOT of other problems. Dr Melmed said the capsules should have dissolved by now. He said it's possible something got left behind from my surgery and told me to get a breast MRI. The MRI shows an irregular 1.5 x 1.2 area with gradually increasing contrast enhancement but with some plateau-type vascular enhancement. Also states it corresponds to area of inflammation and intermitten infection and that the area is extremely dense. Right breast in normal. My implants were behind the muscle. Does anyone know of a good surgeon that accepts Medicare?
