I wasn't going to say anything for 30 days but since the " box " has been

opened may I add . . .I agree.

I just happened to be a healthfood store last week and was given a card for

a Dr. who is a " wellness counselor " . I made an appt.w/her and she

immediately put me on several supplements.

Grapefruit seed to get rid of parasites in my system, zinc, enzymes for

digestion, something I think called bitter root(which had to be ordered for

me--and she said was great for skin).

She told me my immune system was low, based on the information I gave her.

I had taken a 3 wk round of predisone in Sept. for a rash and my rosacea has

gone wild since. She said it would take 6 months for the predisone to be

out of my body completely.

I'll report at the end of 30 days how I'm doing.

I also am trying my best to change my diet. No burgers, candy, etc. etc.

etc. I'm also exercising regularly.

more about what I did

Con's right. The derm's don't know what on the inside causes rosacea.

It's likely just an outward manifestation of something going wrong

inside. I went to derms for a long time. I was a mess. I got zapped

and chemical'd and pilled. I was still a mess, and getting more

miserable. Sound like anyone else here?

Then one day paging through books in the health food store I came upon

Dr , the grandfather of colon health. To him pimples were no big

deal. He dismissed them in a single clause (not even a sentence!). His

message is keep your colon clean (and your other organs will have a

chance to clear themselves with the proper lifestyle. BTW lifestyle

was not his word, since he wrote mid last century). He lived to 104.

I went ahead and took his word (colonic) and my face improved 50%

within a few hours. Since then I've been cleansing and supporting my

organs with various alternative therapies. And it's all been good.

Some more effective than others, of course. And I always picked the

more gentle ways to go. (Don't shock your system! You'll just feel

sick and probably break out.)

What was left over on my face, though, were the broken blood vessels

and little red permanent pimples, some redder than others. The broken

blood vessels were like a veil: cheek to cheek, over the nose and down

the chin. I seemed NOT to be producing uncontrollable crops of

breakouts, though, and I felt this was due to my internal work.

Until recently, there did not seem to be a good mechanical way to

remove this facial debris. I had microdermabrassion, but that is very

surface although good for shallow scars, blackhead and some red scars.

Then I tried the EpiFacial (one time so far) and, as you saw in my

previous message, that was really effective.
