Guest guest
Hi Krista! Hey...I hear ya on the veges! I am not on the Maker's Diet but the candida diet is much like it. Do you have to start out with veges for a while before you bring other foods in? I'm strictly no sugar, yeast, vinegar or processed foods, etc. I have to eat all organic. I cook a lot in my crockpot, I made a yummy chicken soup yesterday! I make beef stew and Sunday I spent over a couple of hours making a homemade spaghetti and meatballs with all organic hamberger and tomatoes and rice noodles. It turned out really good! I have never....ever done that before....I've become a cook! See when I was married, my ex-husband did all the cooking. I'm soo sorry that your not happy with your breats. I actually discovered yesterday in the shower that I have a lump in my left breast just above the areola. I emailed about it today but I haven't heard back from her yet. I hope it goes away. No sure if it's normal with fat transfers. Ya know, I know that there will be imperfections with this and I do not want to have anymore surgeries. I've thought alot about my nipple that is looking sideways and I just don't know if I want to go back to Denver and have it re-arranged. I just went to move on! I do not feel I should have to pay for it either. Wait and see how I do with my fat transfers before you make a decision about having it done in the future. Keep in mind that Lipo hurts like he@*! I still have nerve pain in my left thigh, not sure if I will get all the feeling back in that thigh. I have almost all the feeling back in my right thigh. Not sure if it's all worth it, I will have to wait and see. I just want my health back. I wanted to share with you the eleuthero capsules that I got at the health food store for energy. I was looking for a good gengseng when I had my cold and the girl at the health food store turned me on this this stuff....Siberian Eleuthero. Siberian eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus; formerly known as Siberian Ginseng) is a medicinal root native to China, Japan, Korea and Siberia. Much like its better known cousin Chinese ginseng (Panax ginseng), Siberian eleuthero is said to have immunity boosting and mind sharpening benefits. It also helps with fatigue. I tell you....I have had a lot more energy when I take this. Actually, I can't even take it everyday, I just take it when I know I have a real busy day ahead of me. It really works well! It's not something you have to take for a while to get the effect either. It's kind of pricey, mine cost me $25.00 but well worth it! The one I buy is made my Health Aid and it 500mg. I need my adrenals checked out too. I've been walking on my treadmill again and doing pretty good, doesn't seem to wipe me out or anything. I stretch out real well too. I have even started doing Tai Chi in the morning. It's very calming and it helps you balance your energy. My new massage therapist turned me on to it. I am now seeing a man massage therpist and I must say he's the best massage therapist I've ever had! I usually do not like men since their always a little rougher but not this guy. He uses heat rocks....and boy he rocks too! I just want to take a nap after seeing him! Well, seems I've been rambling on here.....I'm so glad to hear from you and I pray that the new year brings you much blessings my dear! Hugs and love, Cherie > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hey stranger how are ya doing? Guest guest
Hi Cherie- So good to hear from you! Yes, I am supposed to start out with just mainly fruits, vegetables and meats for the first 14 days. Though, I've run into a slight problem. My ND checked out the diet online and even though she thinks it's a good diet, she thinks I should skip the first two weeks and go on to the later part of the diet when you can have the nuts, beans, non-wheat breads and crackers, etc. She said the first part of the diet appears to be for people that are trying to lose weight and she is worried because I sure don't need to lose weight! So, she is recommending that I do that last part of the diet. I just got an email from her this morning about it, so I'm not sue if I should take her advice or not. Perhaps, you ladies have some advice for me on that??? Is the first 2 weeks just for losing weight or will it benefit my health to do the diet just as it is? That's great that you have been cooking! I need to get more into that...getting creative with foods. I've made a few of the maker's diet recipes which have been good. I think this weekend, I will try some more recipes, maybe I'll make extra and freeze it for weekday lunches and dinners. I bet the lump in your breast is just a little bit of fat from the transfer. I've heard with lypo, you get those lumps. So, I bet it's just from injecting fat into the breast. I'm sure it will iron itself out over time. I'm sure will tell you that and you won't have anything to worry about. I actually see her on Tuesday. Yeah, I wouldn't worry too much about the sideways nipple. As long as you are happy with size and shape, that's what matters most. The cost, pain, travel and everything probably isn't worth it. Your future hubby will just think it makes you unique and special! I will definitely wait to see how yours and Lynn's fat transfers go over the next couple of years. I don't plan to even consider it until after we have children and I see how everything " shakes out " . I know breasts change with pregnancy and everything. So, I'm going to wait and see if they eventually " even-out " to the same size. If not, I may consider a little fat transfer just in the left one. Of course, I may just say " scr* it! " and live with it because it sounds like lypo is very painful! Your new supplement sounds very interesting! I think my energy level and fatigue is definitely my biggest complaint, so I'm always looking for something to give me some energy. Is this what you are talking about: ? http://www.allstarhealth.com/f/natures_way- siberian__eleuthero_standardized_extract.htm Definitely looks like something I'd be interested in checking out. That's great that you are exercising again! I've been going to the gym to sit in the sauna and doing a small work-out beforehand, just walking on the treadmill for like 20 minutes. I guess we have to start somewhere, right? Your new massage therapist sounds wonderful! I need to get back in for a massage. Well, again glad to hear you are doing so well! Here's to a wonderful 2008! Love, Krista > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hey stranger how are ya doing? Guest guest
Hi Krista, Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you, we lost our internet on Friday. I have had to wait until I got back to work to email anyone. We had probably one of the worst storms I have ever seen here on Friday. We had winds between 60 and 70 mph. It pretty much shut us down. There are still some people who do not have electricity yet. It was ugly! I worked from home but lost out internet around 1:00. Out lights went off for just a second and came back on but we could never obtain out internet connection. Yes, that website is the one I'm talking about. It really works! Hey, I agree with your ND, you are such a tiny little thing...you do not need to be loosing weight! However, I do need almonds and avacodos a lot so that helps keep weight on. I am not suppose to lose any weight until 12 weeks post-op so I've been watching it. Take care! Cherie Krista <seekingthetruthab Hi Cherie- So good to hear from you! Is this what you are talking about: ? http://www.allstarhealth.com/f/natures_way-siberian__eleuthero_standardized_extract.htmDefinitely looks like something I'd be interested in checking out. That's great that you are exercising again! I've been going to the gym to sit in the sauna and doing a small work-out beforehand, just walking on the treadmill for like 20 minutes. I guess we have to start somewhere, right? Your new massage therapist sounds wonderful! I need to get back in for a massage.Well, again glad to hear you are doing so well! Here's to a wonderful 2008!Love, Krista> > > > > > > > >> > > > > > > > > Hey stranger how are ya doing? Guest guest
Cherie- That storm sounds crazy! I wonder if my family had winds like that...I haven't heard anything but they are in the Chico area, so a little ways from you. I went ahead and ordered that Siberian Eleuthero that you recommended. I think the one symptom that is really sticking with me is the fatigue, so I'm really hoping this will do the trick! I can't believe how much better I feel after explant. Here I was all worried to have them removed and worried my symptoms wouldn't get any better, but only two months post-op and I already feel like I'm getting my life back! PH, Beth and I are in the middle of putting up a website. We have been working so hard on it...PH emailed me at 2:30 am last night with more thoughts! It's really coming together nicely, and we are very excited! AND, my NY Times article (with my picture!) is coming out at the end of the month! I will let you know when the article and website is out! Hope you are continuing to feel better! Love, Krista > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hey stranger how are ya doing?
