Guest guest
Today I noticed a pain in the right side of my neck. I felt of it and realized my lymph nodes are swollen. I've noticed them being swollen before (not very often), but they've never hurt before. I just had my surgery 2 weeks ago, so I'm wondering if this is just b/c my body is detoxing right now. I have to admit, it did freak me out a little bit. ) So did any of you ladies have this experience after your explant? Thanks to all, April

Guest guest
Yes, I did....I had some huge swollen lymph nodes in my neck after explant that hurt. They eventually went away, but when they popped up, it wasn't a fun discovery. You can try doing some lymph massages or rebounding on a mini- trampoline, or even jumping rope to help get that lymph moving around. Walking with vigor and arm swinging can also help move the lymph. Feel better soon~! Patty > > Today I noticed a pain in the right side of my neck. I felt of it and > realized my lymph nodes are swollen. Guest guest
Thanks, ladies! I've read that walking, bouncing, etc. really helps with clearing the lymph glands - but I totally forgot about that. Guess I'll chalk it up to brain fog. :oD I haven't gotten regular excercise (other than basic daily activity) in a long time. I've been feeling like that was the next step I needed to take, so thanks for the reminder! I'm going to start taking a walk every day and see if that helps. I can't use a rebounder - believe it or not it makes me motion- sick! Thanks again, April
