Guest guest
Congratulations a! Well done! I'm glad you got through your first one. The next ones will be easier, I promise! To help hold it in, sometimes I massage my gut and raise up my bottom to let the flow of gravity help to make the coffee go higher up inside. (Sorry if you are getting a picture here, I'm sure it sounds funny, but you asked for suggestions!) I also do a warm water enema beforehand to help clear the path out. Even so, I have sometimes had a hard time keeping it in too. But there are other times when I gotten into reading my Bible while lying there on the floor and I've gone past the 15 minutes without realizing it. Most of the time I get the urge about 10 minutes into it, and then I have to try to hold it in a little longer. Also, a colder temp will cause you to have to eliminate faster than if you have a warmer temp. It's hard to get it to the exact same temperature each time, and I've had it too cold and I've had it too warm. Neither are any fun, but the warmer it is, the easier it is to keep in, I found. Good luck on the next one! Patty > > Hi Friends, > > Well, I tried the coffee enema for the first time today. I was glad PH > gave us detailed instructions. It helped me ALOT!
