Steph,

For the triple estrogen cream, I use Esnatri, and feel it is

completely safe.

For the Progesterone cream, I use Life Flo Progestacare, which also

have safe ingredients as far as I can tell.

I've been taking Garden of Life Living Calcium . . . it has a lot of other minerals .. Blue Bonnett High Potency Minerals with Zinc is good - but I didn't see it listed on vitacost.com the last time I looked.

However, I'm thinking about changing. I'd like to find a practioner who handles Standard Process to do the testing before spending a bunch of money on more supplements. . .

I'm loaded up with antibiotics now for my ear . . . It was time to get serious about knocking out this infection before it become a major issue. . . I may still need surgery - but hopefully by the time this is cleared up, I'll be OK.

Between traveling, changing elevations constantly, Christmas goodies and getting away from eating garlic because it was inconvenient while traveling and being around people constantly, it flared the worst it has in many years. . . I asked for, and got, a prescription for Diflucan to take when I complete the antibiotics. My ear is feeling much better after only 24 hours - so apparently the antibiotic is the right one.

I hope you wont end up needing the surgery.

I am glad your ear feels better now, and you

got the diflucan for when the antibiotics are

Thanks for the info Patty. I had my hormones tested a couple of weeks

ago. I'm waiting for my next appt which is in about a couple of

weeks. Hopefully I'll have some answers. I wanted to ask you if my

explant surgeon could be added to the list. I found him on the list

at explantation.com. His name is Dr. Lyones located in Westport Ct.

He did an excellent job and when I went to my first appt, he didn't

try to talk me into keeping or replacing the implants. He said that

he would do whatever I wanted and told me if I felt very strongly in

having them removed than he thought that's what I should do. He also

told me that the week before I went to see him for my appt, he had 2

surgerys that were explants! I paid a total of $6100 but it was worth

it. He did a great job and assured me there wouldn't be any extra

skin or sagging and he was right!
