Guest guest
Dede- You wanna sneak preview??!! Hehehehe...you are too funny! I don't know if a sneak preview is something we are able to do, but we'll let ya know! We plan to have the 4 (me, PH, Beth and CLynn) of our stories right on the site, then we will have a separate page that will be called " faces behind implant illness " where we will include links to everyone else's stories. It is really coming along nicely! Love ya! ~Krista > > PH ~ > Girl, you have come a very long way ! ! > Thank you for posting your food journal > this will be very helpful ! ! > When can we see a sneak preview of your > website? Guest guest
Hi April, I thought I would chime into this discussion. I am have been a stresser my whole life, long before implants. Now that their out, my adrenals are haywire. I just discovered that I am EXTREMELY hormanally out of balance. My naturopath had me do a saliva test and discovered that I have severe depression, nervousness and I'm very anxious....stressed, due to this imbalance. He tired a Tang Kuei Plus supplement on me....my body did not go for it. I am exremely sensitive to anything I take. It was to help start balancing me out. He is going to try somehthing else. He says my moods have ALOT to do with my hormonal imbalance. This might be something you can look into. One of the biggest frustrations I have is.......patience. I so desperatly want to feel better since explant and it's coming at a snails crawl. It's always great to have these ladies here help in hanging in there! It helped me just reading this. Good luck! Guest guest
Hi Sue, Here's Mercola's Food Journal below that Rogene mentioned this morning. I hope it helps. I came up with the same intolerances on my test as you. It's hard at first but after a while you don't even miss the things you're supposed to stay away from. The hardest one for me was gluten until Mercola reminded me that if your body can't digest gluten (which most people can't), it stays around longer in your gut, fermenting and providing a ton of food for the bad guys. Hearing that was enough to help me avoid it! Good luck. Guest guest
Thank you PH, I thought I was doing pretty good with my diet …..guess I was wrong. I only ate organic brown seeded bread, but I will buy gluten free from now.
