Guest guest
Hi Cherie- So glad to hear that you are doing so well! Sorry to hear that you had a rash from your antibiotic. I've had some random rashes on my legs that come and go since explant. It's either die off, a chemical sensitivity or possibly from the hot sauna that I've been sitting in. I have very sensitive skin so I think it may be a combination of everything. I'm not too worried about it, once all of this chemical crap and toxins are out of me, I'm sure the rashes will clear up for good. The diet is going well. I went completely off dieting for a week over Christmas when my family was here, and I actually starting feeling worse! But, now I am doing the maker's diet with PH. So far so good, although you're right...it is hard to follow! Especially right now during the first 14 days. I'm so sick of vegetables! I'm going to have to figure out some creative ways to cook vegetables and meats. I'm doing pretty good. I started to see some improvements right before Christmas when I finished the caprylic acid, but I think the bad diet set me back a bit so now I'm trying to get back on track. I'm sure after a few weeks, I will start to see improvements again. Since I started taking my new supplements from my ND, I haven't had one single digestive problem. Amazing huh? After all these years of constant problems, now none! On New Years I went to Cheesecake Factory and ate a huge plateful of rich foods, cheesecake with coffee and had no problems! Usually that would have given me the big D for sure! It feels good to have the digestive problems behind me. I think my biggest complaint now is my bad fatigue, low energy and occasional achiness. But, I am seeing improvements which is encouraging, I just can't wait to be back to completely normal! I'm not all that thrilled with my breasts. I wish my hubby would have let me do the fat tranfers, but I guess it wasn't my time. They are very small...the right one is a 32A and the left is a 32AA which is disapointing, but oh well! I got some nice padded bras for Christmas...I am calling them my $50 boob jobs! At least the boobs aren't droopy, have excess skin, or wrinkling. I really like my ND. She is helping me with detox and diet, which I am very thankful for. I will be getting my environmental pollutants panel back over the next week or so, which I am very curious about. I think I am also going to have my adrenals checked out. I was reading that people that get achy and fatigued after excercising might have adrenal fatigue...I get achy and tired easily, so this might be me. I'm so glad so much is behind us too. We've come a long way over the last 4 months! Make sure and keep me informed of your progress! Love, Krista > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hey stranger how are ya doing?
