Guest guest
PH, I have not done a coffee colonic, and am not sure that I need to. As far as I know, the coffee in the lower rectum is enough to get the job done of opening up the bile ducts and getting the toxins to move on out. I assume that this is being done through a clinic? I have never heard of a coffee colonic, actually. I did not do many colonics at all. I did them through a clinic a few times, then started the coffee enemas. I then bought a colema board to do the colonics at home, and did them a few times as well, really trying hard not to let the whole thing become a pain in the butt!!! (sorry for the pun.) But it really did become too inconvenient for me. The coffee enemas were much, much more convenient, effective and less time consuming. So, I stuck with those. As you know, I continue to do coffee enemas to this day. My husband anad I have never given them up. HE does them almost daily. I do them every once in awhile. I think we'll be doing them the rest of our lives, most likely, especially since one of our doctors said he and his wife have done them daily for over 20 years. Guest guest
Thanks for the info, Patty. Yes, it's being offered in a clinic. What concerns me is coffee would sometimes irritate my stomach when I would drink it and so I was wondering how it would effect me if I had a colonic. I have no problems with the coffee enemas...in fact I have better days when I do them. Based on your experience and everything I've read as well they'll be a part of my health regimine for the rest of my life...who'd of thought!? If anyone had told me 2 years ago that I'd be doing this, I would have laughed hysterically! Today I received an email from a guy in Italy who has mercury toxicity and he was saying Cutler recommends Alka Seltzer Gold for brain fog symptoms. Sure enough, in Cutler's book he mentions it as being very effective due to the various citrates. Did you ever use it? http://www.alka-seltzer.com/as/as_gold.htm Hope work is going well for you! Guest guest
Hi PH, I never used the Alka Seltzer Gold....I guess I missed that part, but in any case, I wasn't a fan of over the counter meds of any kind, and pretty much wrote off any of that stuff when I was trying to get better. I always stuck with the herbs and supplements and stuff from the health food store. I checked out the ingredients of Alka Seltzer Gold and they look okay I suppose. Are you going to use it? Let me know if you do and if it helps with your brain fog. If making the brain fog go away is as simple as doing a few " plop-plop-fizz-fizz " 's, then I'm all for that! I have never believed that there were ever any magic bullets, so I'll be curious if it works! Guest guest
Hi Patty, I'm the same way about OTC meds yet I struggle w/ the brain fog so badly, I thought maybe I'd try it out of desperation. Although I just googled citrate and brain fog and it seems that magnesium citrate is supposedly effective...I have tons of that here, I just haven't been taking enough. I'll let everyone know if I do try the Alka Seltzer Gold. Guest guest
Ha! You are so funny Dede. I swear you always know how to cheer us women up! Yeah, it is so amazing about the coffee. After I saw that video I thought that's the way I'd go if I had cancer, BUTT, I realize it's not for everyone and it's extremely time consuming making all the juices all day long! The stats are really good on its cure, though. Love, PH > > PH ~ > It is amazing about the coffee, wonder > if Starbucks will ever offer it? > Starbutts..........hum....... > and How will you take your coffee today? > Loveya ~ Dede > actually, from all I have read, coffee is amazing > at clensing and releasing toxins out of the liver... > > > > **************Start the year off right. Guest guest
LOL Dede, Starbucks, huh? You've got quite the imagination! . . . In our case, we'd have to say - without sugar! Love, Rogene
Guest guest
Wonderful site Dede...so much great info in there. I was doing the rife in the beginning of treatment. I might go back to it after I'm through with chelation. I'm definitely saving your post for future reference (not for me, knock on wood) as it just seems like soooo many people are being diagnosed.
