Guest guest
> > hi bee > > any products by standard process that u would recommend in particular? ==>No I do not recommend Standard Process for most supplements since they are very expensive because their products are based on " whole foods " . Supplements I recommend can be purchased easily from health stores or online for much less money. I recommended that Claudina get Okra with Pepsin from Standard Process to increase the mucus in her stomach because of her severe stomach problems. > > i seen standard process mentioned in 'fourfold path to healing' book, he also recommends iscador (misletoe extract for cancer) for cancer along with opther things cause it kills selectively cancer cells and normalizes the immune system, considering cancer is a fungas, if we believe the italian Dr, wud iscador be suitable 4 candida? ==>Using natural substances as a substitute for building up the immune system doesn't work over the long-term. Many practitioners recommend such substances like doctors perscribe drugs, which can be a problem. While they may help boost the immune system temporarily they don't treat the " cause " , which is a depressed immune system caused by a lack of nutrients and too many toxins. If the body is bombarded with too many different substances at one time it will become overwhelmed and confused. The key is to provide all of the nutrients the body requires so it can heal itself naturally, and the high good fats diet also helps the body detoxify most effectively. More is not better. ==>Dr. Simoncini is doing a great job getting rid of tumours, etc. which gives his patients a second chance, but he also puts his patients on a diet; I don't know what that entails however. Candida/cancer cannot just be " gotten rid of " to cure it. Only building up the immune system so it will " make " candida/cancer change back into the friendly organism it is supposed to be treats the " true cause " . Guest guest
I just went to the website for the Standard Process company, and they have a referral section for finding someone in your area who dispenses these supplements. http://www.standardprocess.com/display/HowToOrder.spi In looking these over, I just realized that these are WHOLE FOOD supplements. That is the difference between cheap supplements and good supplements....thank you so much for the recommendations for these April! This looks like another brand we can suggest, besides the Garden of Life brand. Patty

His passenger, who also died, also used STANDARD PROCESS and, as I recall, also had internal organs in good shape. However, he did have a computer generated " test " with questions that he used to figure out what products he recommended for you and did phone consultations. It wasn't just a " place your order for whatever you feel like taking " kind of place. I think SP relies on that " personal touch " to insure people are getting the right products since, obviously, happy customers come back and they tell their friends. I wish he was still selling on-line. The bozoes who bought the health store that my deceased friend used to own do NOT inspire confidence. They might have diplomas saying they're naturopathic doctors but.... -
Guest guest
I'll have to write them a nasty letter because I know for a fact there are non-doctors selling it and I don't want to be having to get a prescription to buy my supplements. If I actually believed in medical doctors then I probably wouldn't be buying supplements. - writes: > I just called SP company 1-800-558-8740, they claim you can get their vitamins ONLY with a Dr. prescription! If you obtain them thru other sources they do no guarantee that product and the person who sells them would be investigated. Their reason for DR. Rx is based on founder's belief that every nutrition should be individualized. Well, I advised them to change that perspective telling that a life and health of a person should be in his/her hands first and foremost and not a doctor! Ah, well, there are myriad of other good vitamin companies: Solgar, Pure Essence Lab, KAL, Rainbow Light - is what I have in my drawer now > Serge >
Guest guest
many chiropractors & ND's sell SP product line. the Rx requirement is a business structure only. the doc doesn't even write a script...no need, the products arent Rx drugs. if not for the exclusivity the docs wouldn't carry it and try to compete with internet sellers. > Re: Standard Process supplements > > I'll have to write them a nasty letter because I know for a > fact there are > non-doctors selling it and I don't want to be having to get a > prescription > to buy my supplements. > > If I actually believed in medical doctors then I probably > wouldn't be buying > supplements. > > -
