Guest guest
Honey, walking is the best for me too. Love you....Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`` Re: Anyone get painful swollen lymph nodes after explant? Thanks, ladies! I've read that walking, bouncing, etc. really helps with clearing the lymph glands - but I totally forgot about that. Guess I'll chalk it up to brain fog. :oD I haven't gotten regular excercise (other than basic daily activity) in a long time. I've been feeling like that was the next step I needed to take, so thanks for the reminder! I'm going to start taking a walk every day and see if that helps. I can't use a rebounder - believe it or not it makes me motion-sick!Thanks again,April
