Guest guest
Thank you Patty. Point well taken. My options are still open if I feel any inner bell going off in my head when I talk to him about it next week. I have, so far, only spoken with his nurse over the phone to ask about the way he does his explant procedure. He may not be the one - we'll see. I want these things out today, but will wait a few weeks if I have to in order to find the best doctor for the job. I'll let you know! Thanks for your support! Nornally we strongly caution against using the same doctor that implanted them, as they don't take the need for a proper explant seriously. Make sure you discuss your needs for a proper explant thoroughly.Patty> > > >> > > > I went to the ps that my insurance covers and he said that if > I > > > > didn't get implants put back in that I would be deformed. Guest guest
Amy, We have had so much experience with doctors saying they would remove implants the proper way and then not doing it, I am always skeptical of doctors who say they will do it right. We have had so very many women who have had to go back and have the capsule removed later. And many more $$. Lynda At 01:13 PM 1/12/2008, you wrote: >Thank you Patty. Point well taken. Guest guest
Yes, and that is why we developed a list...to help women find the right doctor without having to go through surgery to find out that their doctor lied to them!
