Lynn,

Some recipes do call for berries but I think juicing them is different from chewing them. Even though

I was allergic to them I juiced berries. I would stay away from the bananas for now because of the yeast

that bananas have. You will see for yourself by not eating nothing by mouth and just juicing them your

body knows what to do with it especially if you do it for 3 days straight. I will pray that God gives you

the finances to get a juicer this is needed in order to get rid of those food allergies and for your body

to start absorbing them better.

Love

and Lynn - I am in the process of reading Toxic Relief and so far I really like it. I actually think is the one who recommended it to me. I do not have a juicer yet either but I have found a Champion Juicer on ebay for what I think is a good price for a "Champion". I hope to be able to get a juicer soon and get started with a 1 or 3 day fast to start out. My only concern is when I come off of a fast being able to digest my food again since that was and has been a problem of mine.

Much Love,

Beth

,

I went through a period of time when I wasn't getting much sleep at all . . . I THOUGHT I was coping . . . I really wasn't! . . . Kinda of like thinking one has things under control when they're dead drunk. Not that you are having a problem . . but if you're not getting restorative sleep, it's just a matter of time before major problems start.

Some other things to try is some very calming music (if you have satellite or cable TV, you may have some channels that are perfect for getting in the mood), soft lighting, meditating or controlled breathing. Inhale as deeply as possible for the count of ten . . . hold your breath for the count of ten, then exhale to the count of five. Use your stomach muscles to inhale and exhale as much as possible. Not only will you relax completely, but there's a good chance your mind will decide it's bored with the whole thing and go to sleep.

Hugs,

Rogene
