Sandy, I used this a few months back.

You MUST MUST MUST MUST drink the recommended amount of water plus

some. A full glass of water with the herbal pills, then a full glass

with the fiber, plus another full glass after the fiber. So pretty

much three glasses first thing in the morning. Drink another 4 glasses

throught the day (if not more) and then another at night with the tea.

If you do not, the Colonix and bind you up worse. It is VERY important

that you drink a ton of water. You will be peeing all day and if you

are, you are doing it right.

This stuff works wonders.
