Guest guest
Rogene, Thank you for the site. No, I can't have foods with egg or milk or any of the foods I am sensitive to. So, that really limits me. I can have rice milk and butter. I would love to see a nutritionist but I fear they won't be holistic? Not sure. I will have to check into that and ask my new doctor if she will recommend somebody. Thanks again for this post as well has the personal post. Guest guest
, Bread is completely out per my food panel. I hope all this will pass soon and perhaps fasting is what I need to do to speed it up. Right now I can't afford to fast due to my low weight. I got some dress pants for Christmas that fit a little snug, size 4 and today I wore them to Church and they were hanging from me! Before explant in April or 07 I was a size 8. So, no fasting until I can put some weight on. I am so happy the coffee enemas are helping. I can't do them as I am sensitive to coffee too! Plus, the really cause my internal hemrrhoids to flare. I have one issue after another and I am really getting tired of it. I miss my life and I want it back. Sorry I am a downer I am trying to stay positive and I hope my health starts turning back around soon. Guest guest
, I got that book last week. I want to do it but I don't have a juicer nor money to buy one right now. I am allergic to strawberries, bannanas and grapes. I haven't read the book yet but I am hoping it doesn't call for those specific fruits. Thanks for the hope! Guest guest
Beth, The toxic Relief book will tell you how to eat coming off the fast so following the instructions. Eating meat right away is the last thing you want to do trust me....I did that and it wasn't worth it. I think when you do a 3 day juice fast you cant eat meat until the 3rd day coming off the fast. That book will let you know. Here is to juicing and good health. Love In a message dated 2/25/2008 8:58:28 A.M. I do not have a juicer yet either but I have found a Champion Juicer on ebay for what I think is a good price for a "Champion". I hope to be able to get a juicer soon and get started with a 1 or 3 day fast to start out. My only concern is when I come off of a fast being able to digest my food again since that was and has been a problem of mine.
