Hello Sweet Lea ~

I havent been near the computer much myself.

So I am trying to catch up some. I havent been

well myself, so I have been hanging with Dad alot

in the den, he in the recliner, me on the couch......

poor thing didnt sleep at all last night.......bless his

heart ! !

I am sorry your knee is giving you such problems !

My orthapedic surgeon told me to put ice on mine.

never to put heat, as heat, although soothing, causes

swelling and inflammation. He was right. Icing is hard

to do, but it helps. Heat prolongs pain and swelling.

This is so sad/funny, and I hope that none of us end up looking like this. How are you sweet Dede, and what are you doing today? I have been staying away from the computer for a few days because my leg is not getting any better. We are hoping that I will not need surgery, because that could cause too many problems for us.

Lea,

I found something that works great for the ears and its not that expensive from

the Garden of Life and girl it cleans out your ears real good . Its called Clenzology

ear solutions , and i paid $3.97 for a bottle and it only takes 3 drops.

It brought out a 3 inch ball of wax out of my sons ear that got infection and felt

better immediately.

I am so sorry you are having such a rough time of it.

It seems like lots is going on with so many people.

I am going to light my candles every day for awhile

and say an extra prayer for everyone.

Please rest and heal so that you can feel better.

I have missed you so much. I too have been away

from the computer alot, not feeling the best, so many

prayers for us all ! !
