Guest guest
Stacie ~ Looks to me like you have issues on every level........just like one that has had breast implants ! ! ! I think you need to see a good NP, to treat your symptoms. If you cant afford to, or find one, I would say, you definately need to get the adrenals supported. Looks like you would have no energy at all during the day ! Look in the archives and Patty has put things in there that help the adrenals. Supporting them may also fix your TSH levels. Bless Your heart ! Hugs DedeStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

Guest guest
What I see with this is that the Free T4, if low, will not be plentiful enough to convert into T3 for your needs, which will leave you feeling sluggish. Your Free T3, while considered in the normal range is actually almost in the borderline low range. You want BOTH the Free T4 and Free T3 on the higher end of the range, not the lower. T3, by the way, is the most powerful/active form of the thyroid hormones and that is what will make you feel GOOD. So you want ENOUGH, not borderline. It looks like you could use some thyroid support. Guest guest
PS...I forgot to mention the adrenals....you definitely need some adrenal support in the late morning! Everyone's cortisol output should be highest in the early morning and it looks like your adrenal output at that time is good. However, once you are up and around, your adrenals begin conking out pretty fast. You may want to take some licorice root to keep that cortisol available just a bit longer in the morning. You may want to add some Isocort after that. Just my 2 cents. You may want to see a naturopath about this, but you can also treat at home with the appropriate supplements and supportive lifestyle.
