Welcome H,

I used Dr. Kolb for explant as well, I also had the donut lift... It takes around 2 or 3 months to fluff good, then expect to fluff for the next year after explant...

The symptoms seem to linger for a while...I felt better shortly after explant then boom was hit with a bad season or two... Give yourself a good year, with detoxing and diet...

I did try the Mucinex protocol... It seemed to work some.. I will have to find that site for you, it is on my other computer, so sorry...

I also did Dr. Kolb's protocol which helped as well... Don't expect to get well over night...

The foot baths do wonders to remove toxins...

I also had the muscle twitches and 34 other symptoms with my "safe" saltwater... YUCK

The yeast or Candida seems to be the worst...

Stick to your diet, that helps the most, I was helpless until I did the diet, that was the hardest part for me, and still is to this day...

Dr. Kolb has her diet, we recommend the Maker's Diet to many women on this site... More foods to choose from and easier to follow it seems..

I am glad you got the implants removed... You was sick from 6 months after getting them? What symptoms did you have when you got them removed? Did Dr. Kolb tell you what was wrong with the implants upon removal? Mine had mold in them.. YUCK...

Dr. Kolb is wonderful, I call her my Angel sent from God to help women like us sick from implants, she truly is like a sister and not a doctor...

God Bless You and ask questions this site is wonderful for learning to detox, support, friends, and a blessing to help cope with this sickness and deal with it daily for a while... I feel much better as in night/day since getting my nasty moldy implants out and so will you in time...

Hang in there

God Bless,

~Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.

Hi ,

Thanks so much for the info, it's very encouraging for me. My implants

looked fine, but they were sent to the lab and then will be going onto

Dr.Blaise. I can't believe I suffered for so long. Up until Oct. I had

no idea it was my implants.

How long were you sick and when did you get your implants out?

Yes, I would be interested in the Mucinex protocol. Fortunately I eat

healthy already, and I'm familiar with the Maker's Diet too.

My symptoms include:

Chronic muscle inflammation and pain in body including: neck, arms,

legs, and feet

Muscle: twitching, spasms, cramping, tingling

Impaired eyesight

Increased allergies

Increased painful periods

Poor circulation - right leg/foot cold, can't cross legs without pain

and spasms

Insomnia - can fall asleep OK, but wake up at 2-3am and can't go back

to sleep

Fatigue

Thirst

Dry mouth

Increased sweating

Previous candida problem, but decreasing sugar and taking probiotic

eliminated yeast problems

Haley,

Some of the symptoms you have should be helped by supplementing with additional Magnesium.

Since Magnesium doesn't kick in until about an hour after you take it, and lasts for about six hours, taking it several times a day would be in order.

Magnesium plays a role in stopping muscle twitching, muscle pain, sleep, Fibromyalgia and much more.

You can increase Magnesium to the point you develop diarrhea, then back down until it reoccurs.

Take two parts Calcium to one part Magnesium . . .with vitamin D. Because of the way foods are grown now, you would have to eat a enormous amount of food to get enough Magnesium. Most people are deficient, but don't have a clue.

For more information, check www.magnesiumresearchlab.com . Dr. Mansmann will answer personal questions. He also has information you can take to your doctor. Most doctors are woefully ignorant of nutrition issues. Mine was! She recommended seeing a Naturopath when I took her his information. I have yet to find a doctor who does understand the very important role magnesium plays.

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene,

Thanks for the info. I've been taking calcium/magnesium supplements

for the entire time I've had these awful knots/twitches in my muscles

(3years) I will check into the website and see if I need to make a

change.

Thanks again,

Hailey,

It's important that you take the RIGHT type of magnesium so your body will absorb it.

I credit Dr. Mansmann with saving my life! . . . He's a great guy! . . . He was completely disabled because of a magnesium deficiency. . . So you know he was very motivated to understand the issue.

It's hard to read his site because he gives you the name of something, with it's abbreviation ONCE, then you must remember what the abbreviation stands for. You may want to make a list as you read. . . i.e. mg is Magnesium . . . mgd is Magnesium Deficiency. . . My head was spinning by the time I got very far into his paper.

Can I buy it directly from the site? It's a little confusing.

I am serious we are like twins... I had all that as well... My right side worse than the left side, with the neck and arm issue.. My right side, it was hard to even talk, seemed like I was biting my jaw, it was so swollen... Right arm was not so movable... ETC.. I was never ok since getting implants in early 2005... The PS kept saying I was fine, just needed more time to heal, as in a whole year... Yea Right... Well one year and several months, I found this site and had them removed... The damage was done, but with diet and detox you will get better... Take lots of epsom salt baths, gargle lemon juice, eat raw garlic.. The mucinex is take 300mg in am and 300 mg pm, do not do anything with mint or aloe in it... so no toothpaste or nothing with mint or aloe... The symptoms will come and fade one by one... It does work, but herxing comes with it... You always will get a bit worse before better, that is herxing, so don't be scared... Once you get past herxheimer, you are on your way.. Stay stress free... Someone said, they told her to sleep from 10 pm til 6 am to help rebuild adrenals... I think that would work for us, since our MSH is so low... Mine is below 8, I imagine yours is also, since you had them implants so long and all the same symptoms.. Did you get the Alpha MSH Test from Dr. Kolb? That is the sleep disturbance part...This will fade, I sleep like a rock now... Also the period issue, I had that and prior to starting twice a month, it was so much worse on my symptoms would double the effect... Dr. Kolb gave me a protocol for fibro cyst disease, the progesterone cream, rid me of that problem as well as the iodine, as Dr. Kolb for this recipe... It does work as far as the bad period issue, I only used on bottle of that cream and ran out, didn't buy anymore and still going strong almost one year later now... I only had my implants in for a little over a year and the havoc was done, I was bed ridden... Around period time, terrible pain, bleeding and tingling in my body, this stopped... Turkey Rhubarb will stop the IBS... I did two rounds of diflucan I think around 8 months apart for yeast... This still comes and goes with me, I can feel yeasty if I slip my diet... NO Stress, and thinking positive will help heal the liver faster... If I missed a question please let me know... I had all the symptoms you listed, so why can't we prove Implant sickness? Well we can, we are sick from implants, with them gone our bodies have a fighting chance... Stay calm, believe it is all from implants, since it IS.. God Bless You and hang in there...

Give the eye sight around 6 months, that will heal itself... Yet we all are different...Some lose a symptom last as others may lose them first.. My first to leave was brain fog, memory loss (yet I did the Good b12 spray to tongue) while others loose brain fog last... My vision was great in 6 months after explant... The water came back to my mouth/eyes in around 2 or 3 months explant, etc... The mucinex helps rid some symptoms quicker, in my own opinion...

God Bless,

My vision improved within 6 months, as did the joint pain and the

bone pain, and my blood pressure returned to normal within a month.

However, my thumbs still swell up (the only remaining joint

swelling) and I still suffer from brain fog. I'm sleeping like a

baby, though, and when I had implants I only slept 3 hours per

night. My digestion is much better. My hair looks better, my skin

looked gray when I had implants and within a month my color came

back, and my veins no longer bulge in my fingers. My feet don't

hurt anymore, and my neck is feeling better. The buzzing in my ears

when I lie down at night continues. I'd say I'm 75% better.
