Guest guest
,I don't know how much you're doing . . . but it does sound like you're taking too many supplements right now. . . And . . . IF you're hypersensitive to silicone, you should eliminate anything containing silicone dioxide. Check all personal care products too. And, even if you aren't taking too many supplements, you're allowing stress to take over. . . Think of it this way . . . You have your own room to do your healing in. . . When stress comes in, it takes over the entire room and kicks 'you' out! . . . All the resources in that room you need for healing go to feed stress. It takes some serious mental gymnastics to slow down, think things over CALMLY, and decide on a course of action. You must listen carefully to your body about what is right and what is wrong for it. . . Even then, what is wrong for you today, may be OK sometime in the future. You don't need to throw things out on a wholesale basis.Silva Mind Control has some excellent tools. . . You can do an introductory course online for free. Not enough to do the job, but enough to get you started. It just takes a few minutes a day to start the program. From what I understand about you, I know you'll love it.Hugs,Rogene
Guest guest
, I believe the best thing you can do right now is to supplement with lots of Vitamin C....500 mg every hour...this will help your adrenals Rest up. Stop taking tons of other vitamins. Stop doing the coffee enemas unless you are getting plugged up. You could be herxing big time and when you are herxing it is time to back off. Give yourself a break. Give your husband a break. Don't spend any more money. Get caught up on what you can get caught up on. Sleep when you need to. Get some fresh air. RElax. Focus on God and meditate on His goodness. Remember, you are not in control. He is. Spend some quiet time listening to some uplifting Christian music that fills your soul with praise. There is nothing as healing as feeling loved by God. And you are. Surrender to His care, dearest ~ Patty > > > > > > When I eat brown rice my stomach really swells. > > > I thought with candida you can have brown rice? > > > I got a candida book and says I can get it in phase 1 > > > obviously they are wrong. Guest guest
HI , I can understand our frustration that no one in your house knows what you are going through. I'm sure they all thought this surgery was going to be a quick fix but it is still going to take time. You sound like you did when you first came to this site; panicked and lost but as you went along you realized what you had to do and you started to calm down and think clearly. Please believe me i know it is hard to say stay calm when it feels like everything is crashing down but try to stay focused. Your body may be changing and what once worked for you may not now so we just have to find something that will make you better. You are going to get better it is just going to take some time. This may be your bodies way of adjusting to those toxins being gone from your body. I cant give you much advice on meds or detoxing because i am new to this myself but i am definetly here if and when you need to vent. Hang in there. Guest guest
, I am not certain what is causing the brain fog at all. I had it too, and I never did figure out what it was from, though I have a good clue it is from hormones. I say that because of several experiences. First, when I was in my healing years after implants, I usually got worse brain fog around my period (about a week before.) If you look at a hormone chart, you will see that estrogen and progesterone drop right before your period. Second, I started taking triple estrogen cream and progesterone as I started going through perimenopause and they helped me feel good. When I forgot to take those creams for a few days, guess what I had? Brain fog!!! So I think I can draw some conclusions that my brain fog is due to hormonal fluctuations. Our hormones are like a well tuned orchestra. This includes the adrenal hormones, thyroid hormones, and reproductive hormones. When any of those hormones go out of whack, it will affect the whole endocrine system. The thyroid is affected by both estrogen and progestorone. The adrenals and the thyroid interact. So, you see, you have a harmony between them all that can get upset and cause symptoms. The question is, which hormones are out of harmony and by how much? So, your brain fog could be from adrenal, thyroid, or reproductive hormonal imbalance. I say to avoid the silicone dioxide strictly as one measure to help you. It is not THE measure. Only one aspect! Some women may be reacting to silicone dioxide, and the only way to know for sure it to avoid it and see if you feel better. , don't stress. Don't stress at all. Relax. Let things calm down from surgery and remember that you are going to be on this healing road for awhile yet. Getting the capsules out was not like getting a tooth pulled. Your immune system still has alot of healing to do! One step at a time girlfriend. Trust God to bring you through it. He will. Guest guest
Patty - O' my, you may have just hit something with me. I told you I have been feeling good for a month and now all the sudden my brain fog and dizziness is back a little. Well, based on this post below, I just finished with my cycle.......and that is about when it started. However, I finished yesterday so I am hoping it goes away soon!!!!! I also feel SO bloated!!!!! It is like my tummy is so inflated. I have not had much of this and I have not ate anything different. I just summed it up to my period. I plan to start incorporating some juices, fresh fruit smoothies in my diet tomorrow. I am off to the store today to try to buy the stuff I need. I also think I am going to try some of the Yogi Green Tea. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know I am agreeing with you on the hormone thing...at least it must play a part in the dizziness and fatigue..... Love, Beth Re: Patty or girls ,I am not certain what is causing the brain fog at all. I had it too, and I never did figure out what it was from, though I have a good clue it is from hormones.
