Guest guest
Hi , I will definetly keep you in my prayers and I know this much easier said then done but try to relax and enjoy the rest of your preganacy because you will be running 24/7 in another few weeks . everything will fall into line as soon as your beautiful baby is born. You have very valid concerns but stressing over them is not going to help your health and you are going to need as much energy as possible. I realize your fears have the best of you right now but this should also be a very excting time as well so dont let your anxiety rob you of that. Oh by the way i can tell you all of this because i was a complete basket case through my whole pregancy and look back now and wonder why i put myself through all of that. everything has its own way of working out. > > > > > > > > Steph, > > > > > > > > As a precaution, I'd suggest taking a .81mg aspirin daily. . . . > > Everyone, > > > > without a bleeding disorder, should do so. > > > > > > > > This will help prevent clots from accumulating if blood is > > stagnating in > > > > your heart. Guest guest
Steph, I had two EKGs run, both normal. This is when I was told I had anxiety. They did give me Klonopin and anti-anxiety med to take a pill before bed. It helped me sleep and I didn't wake up the the crazy heart beats. I eventually weaned down to 1/2 a pill, then zero. Guest guest
Lynn, Please find a way to remember the asprin! ... I could have saved myself a bunch of misery if I had remembered to take mine! You should see my stomach . . . I have bruises on top of bruises from the shots I have to give myself to make my blood slippery enough until my clotting time is increased! . . ; Take the asprin . . .and drink a lot of water! . . . The water here tastes bad, so I wasn't drinking enough water either! Rogene

Guest guest
, There are a lot more C-Sections done than necessary . . . You need to have a straight talk with your doctor about EVERYTHING. Keep in mind HE is working for YOU! . . . He owes it to you to listen to your concerns - whether it be about hormones, C-section, or anesthesia! Hugs and prayers, Rogene
Guest guest
, You'll know you've reached your limit of Magnesium when you get diarrhea. . . . Just space it out during the day, otherwise your body will try to waste it. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
, It doesn't matter if calcium and magnesium are in the same pill or formula . . . Just that they be taken together at the same time. Hugs, Rogene
